These charming figures are traditional Dhokra treasures from Odisha, India. Dhokra craft is recognized as one of the oldest and most unique forms of metal casting in the world, and it has been declared as a protected craft under the Geographical Indication of Goods Act. It provides employment and sustenance to many artisans in Odisha, who continue to keep this ancient craft alive.
